We want to prepare you as best we can for the upcoming race. Here are a few pointers:
Packet Pick up: Team Captain must pick up the team’s packet; a runner of a relay team will not be allowed to pick up separately. Please bring photo ID to the EXPO to pick up your packet on January 14, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Volunteers will also be there to answer any questions you might have.
Timing Chip: You will receive your chip in the packet (on your bib). Please do not remove.
Transition Locations: There will be signage as you approach each transition point. Make sure you cross the timing mats. Be sure to step off of the course to this area immediately when your team member starts the run. Volunteers will have water/sports drink for you there.
Medals: Each runner will receive their medal at the transition area upon completion of their leg of the relay. Runner #4 will receive a medal at the finish line upon completion.
Awards: Winners for each division will be posted following the race. The winners will pick up the award at the Information Tent @ 9:30 a.m. or when results are posted.
Captains Meeting: Once your team is registered you Captain will receive a welcome e-mail from the Relay Teams Committee Chair with further instructions.
Congratulations for signing up and training for this race and Good Luck!
